How to order
Login to the site, using pre-registered email address and password.
Select the means that you wish to pay for your order, note the 15% discount applies only to orders placed online where you pay online using your credit card at the time of ordering.
This takes you to the "Members Page" where you can read about any "Valve
Supplies (NZ) Ltd" news, view the weekly specials, update your Company details, select your order payment method and discount to begin your order.
Double click onto a product category from the list to load the appropriate
product page. Add in all of your order quantities for the items you wish to
order on the page and press the "Add To Order" button.
The next page displays the items which you have just added to your basket.
Press the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the category page where you can select another product category and repeat the above ordering process.
Once you have completed your order, press the finalise your order button to go to the checkout. Make any adjustments to your order quantities.
Then press the "Finalise Order" button to complete the online order.

Guarantees
Should a product not be available due to a stock shortage we will contact you via telephone or email to inform you of the problem and give you the option to place the stock item on backorder. In such a case the stock item will be delivered via courier on arrival.
All goods are imported and sold as per our terms and conditions of sale in good faith that they are suitable for plumbing and/or gasfitting use by Valve Supplies (NZ) Ltd. Should a product be found to have a manufacturers defect and is returned to us within a reasonable time (up to three months) from the date of sale, accompanied by the invoice relating to the purchase, our company policy extends to meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act to provide a remedy - which may extend to replace that particular part/valve or hose. Labour freight or damage involved in such a claim is your care and responsibility.
Payment is preferred by credit card at time of ordering. Should credit be offered to selected customers payment is required on or before the 20th of the month. Should payment not be received within this period the overdue accounts are forwarded onto a collection agency where collection costs and interest is charged additional to the cost of the original purchase.
Should a manufacturing defect claim be made on a product, the claim will not be processed until the goods have been paid for in full.
All goods remain the property of Valve Supplies (NZ) Ltd until paid in full and we retain the right for our agent to enter any premises at will to remove or recover any unpaid goods or other goods to the value of the purchase plus collection costs and interest should an account not be paid on the due date.
Our products are all manufactured to the highest specifications and we guarantee in good faith the quality of all items sold by this company.

Delivery Methods
Goods are dispatched from our warehouse situated at 224/A Bush Road, Albany, Auckland Monday to Friday.
Orders received during the mornings with Auckland delivery can sometimes be delivered same day, nationwide orders received before 3.30pm daily are dispatched same day via courier with delivery expected within New Zealand before 9.30am the following day Monday to Friday. Some South Island destinations and rural deliveries can sometimes take two working days to arrive.
The standard freight charge applies to New Zealand destinations only, Rural deliveries incur extra cost, some customers ordering for overseas deliveries can nominate delivery to an international freight agents offices where they can arrange their own air or seafreight delivery subject to separate contract and pricing.
Should your order not arrive please contact us immediately and we can contact the courier company to trace the delivery.
We always select the option for the parcel to be signed for by the customer on delivery so the courier is then obligated to get a signature from the address before leaving the parcel. This protects you with your purchase and enables us to receive proof of delivery for all orders. |

Payment Methods
We prefer payment by credit card but we do accept company cheques and offer credit to selected customers however advance payment is the normal payment term.
We accept payment by the following credit cards, Mastercard, Global Plus,
Visa and American Express.
For orders by phone or fax you can pay using credit card or post a cheque in advance to receive a 10% discount. For the cheque option we hold the goods until the cheque is received.
When payment by credit card is used for online orders we offer a
special discount 15% off the list price.
Selected customers can apply for and following approval select to order
using the account method where monthly purchases are invoiced and paid on or before the 20th of the month following delivery. No discount is given for these orders. |
